Berenice Núñez Constant serves as the Senior Vice President, Government Relations and Civic Engagement at Altamed. While leading Altamed’s policy, advocacy, and legislative agendas, Berenice launched their first-ever Civic Engagement Program, including the hallmark initiative “My Vote. My Health.” to strengthen civic health and community power among underserved communities in California.

She has more than two decades of experience in the health care sector, with a passion for improving access and outcomes for Medicaid-eligible and underserved populations. Previously, she served as Associate Vice President of Government Contracts at Molina Healthcare, where she also held key leadership roles across Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance. Her ability to connect health care with civic engagement will be a crucial asset to ABC’s work.
