Power Building
We strengthen the power of individuals and communities to act and influence change. Through leadership development, skills training, and power-building, we create opportunities for community members to come together, advocate for their needs, and push for systemic reforms. This is where we equip community leaders with the tools they need to create change from the ground up, ensuring their voices are heard and their collective power is recognized.
Policy Advocacy
We work to shape and influence policies that directly impact the communities we serve. Our advocacy efforts are driven by our belief that policy reform is key to dismantling systemic inequities. Through strategic campaigns, coalition-building, and engaging with policymakers, we push for policies that promote justice, equity, and economic mobility for all. Our work includes advocating for education reform, environmental justice, healthcare access, and more.
Communications & Research
We leverage strategic communications and research to amplify the voices of Latina/o communities and drive systemic change. Our work combines data-driven insights, storytelling, and advocacy to influence policy, challenge existing inequities, and promote a positive narrative of Latina/o contributions to Los Angeles.
