Administrative Internship

In this role, the intern will develop a solid understanding of office operations by supporting administrative processes such as scheduling, documentation, and communications, while also assisting with office organization, supply inventory, and workspace setup to maintain an efficient and professional environment.

The intern will support data entry, recordkeeping, and filing systems, and provide general administrative assistance across departments, gaining valuable exposure to nonprofit organizational structure. The intern will learn to use digital tools such as Google Workspace and Asana to support workflows, updates, and collaboration. They will also support logistics for community events, outreach efforts, and internal staff initiatives, and contribute to project evaluation by reflecting on outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting with post-project reviews. 

The intern will strengthen communication skills through drafting emails, memos, and updates for internal teams and external partners, participate in staff meetings to observe organizational communication and decision-making, as well as taking ownership of an administrative or operational project from planning to completion.
